Communication guidelines

Email and text and or chat support conditions: Frequency of the rate of return of emails and texts and chat support will be based on availability. Black out periods do apply.

Session preparation

By participation and purchase of sessions or packages the customer agrees to come prepared and available for sessions on-time.

Session duration

Each session will end 60 minutes after it was scheduled to begin. If the customer is late the time of the session will be 60 minutes minus the time that the customer is late. If the customer fails to cancel or reschedule the appointment 24 hours in advance fees may apply, please see cancellation policies below.

Cancellation policy for sessions

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all scheduled sessions. In the event of the customer’s absence or withdrawal in less than 24 hours, the customer is responsible for a cancellation fee of $50.00 plus the prorata of the preparation of materials that has been or are to be delivered for the canceled session.

Cancellation policy for packages

A package may be canceled but must be canceled before 24 hours of the next session to avoid further fees. In the event the customer wishes to cancel in less than 24 hours of the customer’s next session, the customer is responsible for a cancellation fee of $50.00 plus the prorata of the program that has been delivered and the prorata of the preparation of materials that has been or are to be delivered for the scheduled session.

Notice of cancellation of contract

JDHealthCoach reserves the right to cancel a session or future sessions or packages with 24 hours notice to the customer at any point. If this happens, the client is only responsible for the pro rata share of coaching services and materials received.

Travel Time

Any in-person session with a travel time over 45 min (one way) is subject to an additional travel fee.
